Bolinhos de arroz
Ingredientes:
2 xícaras de sobra de arroz
2 ovos
1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo
salsa e cebolinha picadinhos
1 colher fermento em pó
leite pra dar ponto de massa consistente
sal
Oléo pra fritar
Preparo;
Passe o arroz no triturador ou amasse-o bem com um garfo.
Acrescente os ovos, a farinha, o fermento, o sal, vá
acrescentando o leite até formar uma massa bem
consistente. Coloque o cheiro verde e misture bem
Aqueça o óleo numa panela e vá fritando os bolinhos,
colocando à colheradas
