Caranguejo com cerveja
200 gramas de molho de tomate
4 dentes de alho picado
2 latas de cerveja
2 tomates picados
3 cebolas picadas
3 caranguejos
sal
Ferver uma panela de água e colocar os caranguejos bem limpos para cozinhar. Em outra panela grande, refogar o alho, colocar as cebolas e os tomates picados. Depois acrescentar o molho de tomate e o sal. Acrescentar a cerveja e então colocar os caranguejos para cozinhar neste molho por mais 10 minutos.
