Alcachofras com cogumelos
Ingredientes
1 Kg de Alcachofras
3 Cebolas
2 Colheres de Sopa de Molho de Tomate
1/2 Copo de Vinho Branco
100 Gramas de Cogumelos
1 Fatia de Presunto
Sal a gosto
Estragão
Como Preparar
Depois de cortar as alcachofras em pedaços, pô-las a cozer cerca de 10 em água salgada (deitar as alcachofras quando a água está em ebulição).
Preparar o molho, alourar em margarina ou azeite as cebolas picadas.
Junte o vinho branco e o tomate, depois os cogumelos, o presunto cortado em pedacinhos, salsa e o estragão.
Temperar de sal e pimenta moída na altura.
Deixar refogar tudo durante 10 minutos.
Deitar o molho sobre as alcachofras bem escorridas e postas num prato de ir ao forno.
Levar a forno brando cerca de 25 minutos
