Salada de Polvo

Ingredientes:

1,5 kg de polvo
2 Cebolas
1 Folha de louro
1 Pimentão vermelho
1 Lata de feijão frade (grande)
1 dl de azeite
1 Colher (sopa) de vinagre
1 Ramo de salsa
1 dl de vinho branco
Salsa q.b.
Pimenta q.b.

Preparação:

Coza o polvo na panela de pressão, durante 30 minutos em água temperada de sal, juntamente com uma cebola e o louro.
Asse o pimento.
Retire-lhe a pele e corte-o em tiras.
Junte-lhe a outra cebola em meias luas e o polvo em pedaços pequenos.
Misture o feijão-frade bem escorrido e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto.
Termine regando com azeite e o vinagre.
Envolva bem.

Sirva com folhinhas de salsa a decorar.
