Sopa de Alho
Ingredientes:
1/2 Pão duro
1 Cabeça de alho pequena
1,2 dl de azeite
4 Ovos
Sal e folhas de coentros q.b.
Preparação:
Comece por cortar o pão em fatias finas.
Pique os dentes de alho e coloque tudo num tacho de barro.
Tempere com sal e misture com azeite.
Adicione a água (2 dedos acima do pão).
Quando começar a ferver, abra uns buraquinhos e coloque aí os ovos.
Deixe cozer e sirva no próprio tacho.
Salpique com as folhinhas de coentros.
