Doce de Batata Doce - Açores
Ingredientes: Batata doce q.b.
igual peso de açúcar
casca de limão
1 pau de canela
Modo de preparação: Cozem-se as batatas com casca. Quando cozidas, descascam-se e ralam-se.
Enquanto as batatas cozem, leva-se ao lume o açúcar a formar ponto de rebuçado mole. Fora do lume, juntam-se a batata ralada e o açúcar e mistura-se tudo com uma colher de pau. Volta ao lume, adiciona-se a casca de limão e o pau de canela. Volta a ferver durante cerca de 15 minutos.
