Buñuelos
Ingredientes:
1/2 kg de farinha de trigo
8 ovos
1 colher de sopa de gordura de porco
1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó
1/2 kg de açúcar
1 litro de óleo
Canela em pó para polvilhar
Modo de Preparo:
Ponha a farinha sobre uma superfície de trabalho, faça um cova no centro, coloque nela as 8 gemas de ovos, a gordura de porco e o fermento em pó. Trabalhe a massa, colocando um pouco de água para umedecer se necessário, até que ela fique macia e se desprenda das mãos. Deixe descansar por meia hora. Estenda a massa com um rolo. Corte com um cortador redondo com mais ou menos 5 cm de diâmetro. Pincele os discos com as claras. Frite-os em óleo bem quente. Escorra em papel absorvente e polvilhe com uma mistura de açúcar e canela em pó.
