Molho Desejo da Morte
Ingredientes:
15 pimentas Habanero (são pimentas tipo chili, porém mais fortes e sem os talos, também conhecidas como pire pire)
200 ml de molho de pimenta com alho (Tailandês/Tabasco)
¼ de xícara de mel
3 dentes de alho, picadinhos
Modo de Preparo:
Bata as Habaneros (com as sementes) em um processador. Adicione os outros ingredientes para fazer um purê. Dica: use para marinar asas de galinha.
