Morangos Caramelados
Ingredientes:
Massa:
4 copos (americano) de farinha de trigo
2 copos (americano) de água
2 ovos
4 colheres (sopa) de fermento em pó
12 morangos limpos
óleo para fritar
Calda:
4 copos (americano) de açúcar
2 copos (americano) de água
Modo de Preparo:
Misture os quatro primeiros ingredientes da massa e bata até ficar bem leve. Mergulhe os morangos na massa e frite-os em óleo quente até ficarem dourados. Escorra-os em papel absorvente. Reserve. Faça a calda. Ferva a água em uma panela junto com o açúcar, mexa e deixe no fogo até ficar um caramelo grosso e dourado. Acrescente imediatamente os morangos no caramelo e mexa para que essa calda os envolva completamente. Retire os morangos da panela e coloque-os em uma travessa untada com óleo. Sirva com uma bola de sorvete e um pau de canela.
