Tartelettes ao Mascarpone
Ingredientes:
1 xícara de doce de leite em pasta
½ xícara de creme de leite
150 g de figos secos picados
6 metades de nozes
20 tartelettes (compra-se em supermercado e parece a base de uma pequena empadinha)
1 xícara de queijo mascarpone
20 tirinhas de figo seco
Modo de Preparo:
Bata no liquidificador o doce com o creme de leite, os figos e as nozes até tornar-se uma pasta. Recheie as tartelettes. Cubra com o queijo mascarpone. Disponha em cada tortinha uma fatia de figo. Sirva em lanches ou coquetéis.
Rendimento para 4 pessoas.
