Couve flor com Tahine
Ingredientes:
1 couve-flor, tamanho médio
Óleo
1 colher (sobremesa) de azeite
Sal
Molho de "tahine"
Modo de Preparo:
Limpe a couve-flor, tire as folhas, lave bem e em seguida coloque dentro de água avinagrada por 1/2 hora.
Coloque couve-flor para cozinhar, partidas pelos buquezinhos, com pouca água e sal, de modo que não cozinhe demais.
Escorra bem.
Leve ao fogo com óleo e azeite, deixe esquentar bem e frite a couve-flor, sem escurecer.
Retire com escumadeira e coloque em papel para absorver o excesso da gordura.
Arrume em uma travessa, jogue por cima o molho de "tahine" e enfeite com salsa.
Sirva com pão árabe.
