Coffee flip
Ingredientes:
- 4 cubos de gelo
- 1 ovo
- 1 colher de chá de açúcar
- 2 colheres de sopa de nata
- 0,2 dl de aguardente ou de conhaque
- 0,2 dl de vinho do Porto
- 1 pitada de noz-moscada recém-ralada
Preparação:
Meta os cubos de gelo e o ovo num shaker e agite-o.
Junte o açúcar, a nata, a aguardente e o vinho do Porto e agite tudo energicamente durante uns 15 segundos.
Coe esta mistura para um copo gelado. Polvilhe com a noz-moscada recém-ralada e sirva-a imediatamente.
