ALHO FRANCÊS COM MOLHO CREMOSO
Ingredientes:
2 alhos franceses
50 ml de iogurte
1 limões
salsa
sal
azeite
manteiga
farinha de trigo
125 ml leite
Preparação:
Tire as folhas verdes ao alho francês, lave e corte.
Coza em água a ferver temperada de sal e com um pouquinho de azeite por alguns minutos.
Tire o alho francês da água e reserve o caldo.
Num tacho derreta um pouco de manteiga e junte uma medida igual de farinha, mexendo sempre.
Junte 125 ml do caldo reservado e o leite. Deixe cozinhar mais alguns minutos e tempere de sal a gosto.
Retire do lume e junte o iogurte, salsa picada e um pouco de sumo de limão.
Leve a saltear em manteiga e salpique com pimenta.
N.B. Acompanhe este molho com pedaços de limão.
