MAIONESE DE CONHAQUE
Ingredientes:
3 colheres de (sopa) de ketchup
2 colheres de (chá ) bem cheias de mostarda
1 colher de (sopa) de conhaque
maionese simples q.b.
Preparação:
Incorporam-se na maionese, depois de pronta, o ketchup, a mostarda e o conhaque e torna-se a bater.
Se levar mais um pouco de sumo de limão do que é habitual, não perde com isso.
