MAIONESE DE IOGURTE
Ingredientes:
2 gemas cozidas
1 colher de sobremesa de sumo de limão
1 colher de sobremesa de vinagre
1 colher de sobremesa de mostarda
sal e pimenta
1 iogurte natural
Preparação:
Junte as gemas, o limão, o vinagre, a mostarda, o sal e pimenta a seu gosto num copo e misture com a varinha mágica. Depois, adicione o iogurte e misture bem até obter um preparado homogéneo. Esta maionese fica com uma consistência leve e líquida.
