MOLHO DE ANANÁS
Ingredientes:
1/2 pimento vermelho
2 colheres de sopa de vinagre
1/2 lata de ananás
coentros picados q.b.
2 cebolas roxas pequenas
2 tomates maduros
Confecção:
Pique as cebolas, corte o tomate e o pimento em pedacinhos e misture estes ingredientes com o vinagre e o ananás, em pequenos triângulos. Aromatize com os coentros.
N.B.: Sirva com costeletas de porco grelhadas.
