MOLHO DE CENOURA
(Acompanha carne assada e carnes de cozido)
Ingredientes:
2 cenouras
50 gr. de presunto
2 colheres de vinagre
1 cubo de caldo de carne
1 colher de sopa de manteiga ou margarina
Preparação:
Faça o refogado base juntando-lhe as cenouras cortadas em rodelas e o presunto picado. Regue com o vinagre e o cubo de caldo de carne desfeito em 2 dl de água a ferver. Deixe cozer. Passe o molho pelo passador e fora do lume junte a manteiga ou margarina.
