MOLHO DE COGUMELOS
Sirva quente com frango ou peixe.
Ingredientes:
180 g de cogumelos frescos
3 colheres de sopa de manteiga
500 ml de molho béchamel aquecido
sal e pimenta
paprica
Preparação:
Retire os pés dos cogumelos, lave-os bem e seque-os com um pano. De seguida corte-os em fatias finas. Numa frigideira, em lume brando, derreta a manteiga, frite os cogumelos até que estejam dourados. Adicione os cogumelos ao molho béchamel ainda quente. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Coloque numa molheira e polvilhe com a paprica.
