MOLHO DE MAÇÃS
Ingredientes:
400 grs de maçãs
30 grs de manteiga
1 colher de chá de açúcar
Preparação:
Descascam-se as maçãs, cortam-se em pedaços e tiram-se as sementes.
Põe-se num tacho com algumas colheres de água e levam-se ao lume com uma pitada de sal, deixando ferver em lume brando até estarem cozidas.
Passam-se pelo passe-vite, temperam-se com a colher de açúcar e a manteiga e bate-se para ligar.
Serve-se quente.
