MOLHO TÁRTARO

Rende 32 colheres (sopa)
Sirva com peixes, ensopados e grelhados

Ingredientes:

360 ml de natas
1 colher (sopa) de sumo de limão
2 colheres (sopa) de cebolinha verde picada grosseiramente
2 colheres (sopa) de picles sortidos, picados
4 colheres (sopa) de cebola bem picada
1 colher (sopa) de mostarda
1/2 colher (chá) de sal

Preparação:

Numa tigela, bata todos os ingredientes com um batedor de mão até obter uma mistura homogénea.
