BATIDO DE FRUTOS DO BOSQUE
Ingredientes:
500 gr de frutas do bosque (morangos, amoras, groselhas, framboesas, etc.),
1/2 litro de leite ou um iogurte natural
Açúcar q.b.
Preparação:
Triture a fruta e passe-a por um coador para eliminar os grumos e a pele. Adicione o leite ou o iogurte, se quizer que o batido tenha uma consistência mais espessa. Incorpore o açúcar a gosto e sirva muito frio.
