LEITE CONDENSADO VEGANO
Ingredientes:
1 chávena de leite de soja
1/2 chávena de água
1 colher de sopa de margarina vegetal
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar mascavo
1 colher de café de essência de baunilha
Preparação:
Junte todos os ingredientes no copo do liquidificador e misture bem.
Guarde em potes bem fechados no frigorífico.
Use como substituto do leite condensado de vaca. Por exemplo no café, como recheio de tortas, como cobertura de bolos, nas sobremesas em geral.
