MOUSSE BICOLOR
Ingredientes:
1/2 l de leite de soja
3 colheres de sopa de fécula de milho
3 colheres de sopa de açúcar amarelo
1 colher de sopa de água
1/4 de chávena de café forte
Preparação:
Dilua a fécula num pouco de leite. Ferva o açúcar com a água. Junte o leite de soja e aqueça. Deite a mistura sobre a fécula e deixe engrossar. Deite metade desse creme em taças individuais e coloque no frigorífico. Misture o café ao resto da mistura. Acabe de encher as taças com esse creme. Deixe refrescar algumas horas.
