ASSADO DE ARROZ COM REQUEIJÃO
Ingredientes:
2 chávenas de arroz cozido
1/2 pimento verde picado
1/4 de chávena de salsa picada
1 cebola picada
3 colheres de sopa de óleo
2 colheres de sopa de molho japonês (Shoyu)
1/2 chávena de requeijão
1/2 chávena de nozes picadinhas
2 ovos batidos
Sal
Preparação:
Refogue a cebola com a salsa no óleo. Junte o molho japonês. Retire do lume e acrescente os demais ingredientes e leve ao forno em forma untada por 45 minutos. Salpique de queijo ralado por cima.
