BOLINHOS DE ARROZ E FEIJÃO
Ingredientes:
(para 20 unidades)
1 chávena de feijão cozido e escorrido
1/2 chávena de arroz cozido
1/3 chávena de pão ralado
2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo
1 colher (sopa) de salsa picada
1 ovo
sal a gosto
2 chávenas de óleo para fritar
Preparação:
Numa panela média, amasse o feijão e o arroz com um garfo.
Verifique o sal. Junte a farinha de trigo, o ovo e a salsa e leve a lume brando, mexendo sempre, até desprender do fundo. Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer.
Com as mãos untadas com óleo e a ajuda de uma colher (sopa), modele bolinhas de 3 cm de diâmetro.
Passe-as no pão ralado e reserve.
Aqueça o óleo e frite os bolinhos aos poucos até dourarem. Escorra sobre papel absorvente.
