TEMPO DE GARÇAS "MAGRIÇAS"
Garças brancas e “magriças”,
aladas de suas preguiças,
voam no céu, sobre a orla;
outras delas, despencam e descansam
poisadas sobre ilhota pétrea,
cercada de’água salgada e fétida
do mar empoçado de’agora ...
Tudo em volta, chora,
a beira, na mata, embrenha
casas, galpões e até sereias,
umas belas, outras feias ...
Ao fundo do horizonte,
dorme o velho templo,
esplendor sobre íngreme penha,
que o bairro de mesmo nome, desenha ...
E num triste fundo de vidas,
destinos e florestas “escalpeladas”,
natureza e pedra, de tanta ira, ficaram caladas,
desde o dia em que as garças
entenderam que foram fotografadas!
