I Will Hold Your Hand And Dry Your Tears

I need a cigarette, I need a break
a love that is not real
breaking intentions
falling on a frown
sure to rise yet I only see gloom
shadows mark my entrance
the crowd is but a roar
yet one day the man will come to set me free

To say crazy is in my heart and mind
facing the blood trail like a set of footprints
suppressed by all of my childish fears
if you cry I would wipe away your tears
fighting the fears that surround your choices
only to bring the comfort that you deserve

These wounds will never heal
there is just too much that time cannot let me forget
I see for the future is but a fear
where loneliness haunts
haunts me
