The Runaways - Trailer

The Runaways é um filme baseado na história da banda de rock da década de 1970 de mesmo nome.

A história da banda The Runaways, centrada em especial nas integrantes Joan Jett e Cherie Currie.

O grupo alcançou imenso reconhecimento como a primeira banda de sucesso de rock formada apenas por mulheres, na década de 70.

Além de Jett e Currie, Runaways contava com a baterista Sandy West, a guitarrista Lita Ford e a baixista Jackie Fox.

A banda permaneceu unida durante quatro anos, terminado em função de problemas com dinheiro e empresários.
