Ervilhas com ovos escalfados
Ingredientes:
Ervilha fresca ou congelada: 2,5 a 3 Kg
Ovo: 4
Alho: 1 dente
Cebola: 2
Margarina: 2 colheres de sopa
Azeite: 1 colher
Tomate: 1
Salsa: 1 ramo
Chouriço: 1
Presunto: q.b.
Louro: q.b
Pimenta: q.b.
Preparação:
Descasque as ervilhas das vagens, caso estas sejam frescas.
Aloure uma ou 2 cebolas com o dente de alho migado, margarina e azeite. Adicione um tomate cortado aos cubos, um ramo de salsa e louro atados e deixe refogar. Adicione as ervilhas e 2l de água quente, as rodelas de chouriço e bacon. Tempere com uma pitada de pimenta. Deixe cozer. Abra alguns espaços no recipiente e coloque em cada, um ovo. Tape e deixe escalfar.
Sugestões: Não fica mal com uma salada a acompanhar.
