O VERBO
“Quod non mortalia pectora coges, auri sacra fames!”

- Esfera azul, jóia imensa,
solitária Terra-Mar,
até quando irás girar?
Um verme voraz te permeia
e a febre que desencadeia
está por te devorar.
Circula nas veias do homem,
mina-lhe os campos da paz.
É a ânsia de "ter" - essa febre maldita.
O verme da usura é esse verbo voraz.
