Que palavra alguma poderá dizer...

E que mar imenso esse de limites infinitos!...

...És tu, eu e muitos outros e outras de nós,

E aqueles que eram...

Presente, passado, e este momento lembrado,

Cuja alma a todos pertence por inteiro...

É um querer verdadeiro que de grande se derr
No desejo permanente de em todos ser ao mesmo tempo...

Estranha maneira, incomum aos mortais, que nos torna

Deuses neste ser, viver e amar!...

Vontade suprema que nos enaltece em possibilidades

De viver além-vida; e nesta também ao vermos aquela...
