Se ouvisses o que me fala o coração...

Se soubesses o que me vai à alma...

Se sentisses o que eu sinto...

Quantas paixões andam dentro de mim,

Quantas de ti passam por mim,

Quantos rumores chegam aos meus ouvidos...

Eis que me movo por estes andares

Por onde passa tanta paixão desenfreada,

Que me divide e parte ao meio

Deste pouco que sou onde procuro espaço.

Bendita e maldita hora esta em que se cruzam

Tantos sentires das paixões que me perseguem!...

Que me importa este sentir se minuto ou uma vida,

Se não sei viver de outro jeito que não seja este,

Onde a paixão faz seu berço e o amor seu caminhar!
