NÃO TE VI

Passei por ti e não te vi;

Não te dei a importância que tinhas –

Bem maior que a minha...

Andei metido para dentro de mim,

Sem espaço que não fosse o meu...

Caí no abismo do ego cego,

Que afasta outros para longe

Deste precipício que é o meu.

- Não te quis ver!

E assim andei, fazendo de conta

Que não te via...

Andei perdido nesse caminho

Sem volta em que só eu havia!

Perdi-te!... Perdi os que passavam

À minha volta sem que eu percebesse.

Perdi-me, alheio ao mundo

Que era o meu... 

E por isso peço-te perdão

Por tudo o que não fui;

Por tudo o que deixei de ser;

Por tudo o que sou!
