"DE MEIA"


 
Todo caipira acorda antes do galo cantar,
espalha a cinza e mexe a lenha do fogão.
A chaleira tá no fogo, já vai o café tomar.
Enxada nas costas e na cintura, o facão.

A água na garrafa, marmita no embornal,
feliz segue a trilha cantando até  o roçado.
O sol já tá saindo e seu rosto vai queimar .
O calor não atrapalha, já está acostumdo.


Ele não possui a terra, também não precisa ter.
Ele e o cumpadre plantam, uma roçinha, de meia*
Depois ficam rindo à toa vendo “as planta” crescer,
e são amigos batutas, nenhum o outro tapeia.
