Aqui é lugar de poesia
como sob uma lápide a situação é fria.
Sobre o túmulo podemos ter
verso, flor, ramo, rosa,
mas nunca uma extensa prosa.

Para quem ali tranquilo jaz,
verso ou ramos ou a rosa tanto faz.
Não há pressa, prosa ou poesia,
que a lápide sempre continuará fria.

Estive neste domingo
mesmo contra minha vontade,
em um cemitério. Vi uma
lápide onde conseguiram
colocar todas as virtudes
da pessoa. Nenhum defeito.
Era quase um currículo.
Um texto bem extenso.
Como não declinaram as
imperfeições da pessoa, eu
então entendi porque existe
o ditado:
vão-se os bons e os maus ficam.
