O BOM POETA - (Homenagem)

O bom poeta é o que faz
poema pra surdo e mudo;
e até com libras é loquaz,
quando mostra conteúdo.

Poeta é o que rima calado,
sonhando com nova quimera
e também sonha acordado,
enquanto sua rima espera.

O poeta de verdade
nem carece inspiração;
da alma é a gratuidade
que brota do seu coração.

Mas, se rima é água pura
que se filtra numa peneira,
destila beleza e candura
no poeta Sérgio Teixeira.

Nem todo mundo é poeta;
tem gente que só faz rima.
Só termina a frase embaixo
com o som igual a de cima.
