Perene corre o rio,
Suave é a vida,
Modernos são os tempos!

Boas são as almas,
Lindas são as flores,
Ricos são os homens!

Bela é a natureza,
Saudades são os mares,
Fugitivas são as dores!

Carinhosos são os corações,
De gente que é gente,
De amor quem tem amor!
