Não chamem a este amor de idolatria,
Não o idolatro, amo-o simplesmente!
Não o classifiquem de fantasia…
Não é utopia, é realidade meramente!
Inalterável é esta paixão,
Que me arrebata alma e coração.
Por inteiro a ele me entreguei,
Certa de que o amo e amarei…
É hoje meu sempre, mesmo em pranto…
E desta forma o quero em mim,
Um amor forte, sem fim!
Por isso a ele canto…
Desta forma tão constante…
Apenas a ele quero... meu amante
