Maratona Interior

Em curtas linhas
Nos caminhos estreitos
Disputo palmo a palmo
A longa maratona.

Não existe pior prova
Que a corrida ao centro
De nosso próprio universo
Tão longe de tão minúsculo.

E nesses passos rápidos
Meus desejos não passam
Através da barreira
Que tracei ao meu encontro

Não sei se nesta corrida
Devo alcançar a meta traçada
Se a derrota ficando em paz comigo
Se a vitória fugindo do ideal.
