Digo-te, com meu simples jeito:
“O tempo há de curar as feridas...”
E bem há de curar, do teu peito!
As saudades - por ela -, sentidas...

Contudo!...O hausto de esperança...
Por ela deixado na hora da partida...
Bem tanto viverá na lembrança!
Que te há de seguir por toda a vida...

Solidões?!...Inda te serão infindas...
Porém, o que serás sem ela?!
Digo-te: “Toda uma vida ainda...”

O tempo há de tomar, a dor à razão...
Mas a lembrança, bem dela!
Há de viver sempre no teu coração...
