Colibri
ou bem-te-vi,
ainda ontem falei de ti.

Contei a um dos meus fantasmas
o quão próximo tu estavas
e que por pouco não te segui.
Seria fácil justificar-me: cai.

Alguns sentiriam, talvez.
Algumas cuidariam dos papeis da invalidez.
Outros continuariam o jogo de xadrês,
comprado nessas lojas de chinês.

E no fim tudo voltaria ao pré-Fábio
como ensina qualquer alfarrábio.
