Bolo de milho verde
06 espigas de milho verde;
01 ovo;
01 copo (americano) de óleo;
1 1/2 xícaras de chá de açúcar;
02 colheres de sopa de fermento em pó.
Preparo:
Tire o milho da espiga com auxílio de uma faca cortando rente ao sabugo, coloque o óleo, ovo, açúcar no liquidíficador e bata bem e vá acrescentando o milho aos poucos, por último acrescente o fermento e bata mais um pouco.
Coloque em forma untada e enfarinhada, asse em forno pré aquecido no médio por aproximadamente 1 hora.
