1 envelope (12 gramas) gelatina em pó incolor
1 garrafinha de leite de coco
1 lata de leite condensado
1 lata de creme de leite

Bater tudo no liquidificado por 8 minutos certinhos. Colocar em forma redonda de buraco e levar ao congelador por 1 e ½ horas. Não precisa caramelar. Depois de pronto, desenformar e enfeitar com cerejas. Passar a forma na água para o pudim não grudar.
