Torta de chocolate com cachaça
Ingredientes
. 200 g de biscoito Maisena
. 200 g de castanha-do-pará
. 1 xícara (chá) de manteiga sem sal
. 500 g de chocolate meio amargo
. 500 g de chocolate ao leite
. 2 e 1/2 xícaras (chá) de creme de leite
. 2 colheres (sopa) de cachaça.
Para decorar:
. Calda de chocolate
. Ramos de hortelã
. Castanhas-do-pará.
Acessório: Forma de 23 cm de diâmetro com aro removível
Modo de preparo
No liquidificador, bata o biscoito e metade da quantidade de castanha-do-pará. Em seguida junte a mistura à manteiga em temperatura ambiente e forre a forma. Derreta os dois tipos de chocolate no creme de leite morno e acrescente o restante da castanha. Junte a cachaça e misture até ficar homogêneo. Disponha a mistura na forma sobre a massa e leve ao refrigerador. Desenforme após seis horas. Decore a torta com calda de chocolate, um ramo de hortelã e a castanha picada.
