Vinho quente
Ingredientes:
- 1 l de vinho tinto
- 1 chávena de chá de água
- 2 laranjas
- 5 colheres de sopa de açúcar
- 3 paus de canela
- 5 cravos-da-Índia
Preparação:
Lave bem uma das laranjas e corte-a às rodelas. Rale a casca da outra laranja. Num tacho misture o vinho, água e açúcar e mexa bem. Acrescente os paus de canela, os cravos-da-Índia e as raspas de laranja. Ferva todos os ingredientes por cerca de 10 minutos até que os sabores sejam extraídos para o vinho. Acrescente as rodelas de laranja. Sirva de preferência bem quente.
