MOLHO DE ALHO
Acompanha com Peixe.
Ingredientes:
8 dentes de alhos descascados
1 chávena média de azeite
1 gema de ovo
sumo de 1/2 limão
2 colheres de água morna
Preparação:
Pise os alhos, acrescentando sal e gema de ovo. Vá deitando pouco a pouco o azeite até obter uma pasta. Quando já tiver incorporado o azeite equivalente a umas três ou quatro colheres, verta o limão e a água morna e, sem deixar de mexer, acrescente o resto do azeite.
N.B.: Se ficar muito espesso, adicione outra colherzinha de água antes de terminar com o azeite.
