MOLHO DE COGUMELOS (2)
Ingredientes:
400 gr de cogumelos frescos
3 dl de vinho branco
3 colheres de sopa de conhaque
2 colheres de sopa bem cheias de manteiga
2 colheres de sobremesa de farinha
1 limão
Sal e pimenta q.b.
300 ml de natas
Preparação:
Limpe e lave os cogumelos e corte-os aos pedacinhos. Salteie-os rapidamente em manteiga e junte um pouco de sumo de limão. Tape o recipiente e deixe resuar durante 2 min em lume brando. Regue com o vinho e o conhaque, junte a farinha desfeita em água fria. Mexa o molho constantemente até ficar cremoso e homogéneo. Tempere com sal e pimenta e, ao retirar do lume, acrescente as natas. Aqueça bem sem deixar ferver e retire do lume.
Dica: Óptimo para acompanhar carnes frias.
