MOSTARDA
Rende 24 colheres (sopa)
Sirva com massas, frango e peixes
Ingredientes:
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
1 cebola média, picada
240 ml de vinho branco seco
4 colheres de sopa de mostarda
240 g de natas
1/2 colher de chá de sal
1 pitada de pimenta-do-reino
Preparação:
Numa panela pequena, derreta a manteiga em lume brando. Acrescente a cebola e cozinhe até alourar. Adicione o vinho e deixe ferver até reduzir pela metade. Junte a mostarda e as natas e cozinhe, mexendo de vez em quando, até engrossar um pouco. Tempere com o sal e a pimenta.
