Outros terão
Um lar, quem saiba, amor, paz, um amigo.
A inteira, negra e fria solidão
Está comigo.

A outros talvez
Há alguma coisa quente, igual, afim
No mundo real. Não chega nunca a vez
Para mim.

"Que importa?"
Digo, mas só Deus sabe que o não creio.
Nem um casual mendigo à minha porta
Sentar-se veio.

"Quem tem de ser?"
Não sofre menos quem o reconhece.
Sofre quem finge desprezar sofrer
Pois não esquece.

Isto até quando?
Só tenho por consolação
Que os olhos se me vão acostumando
À escuridão.
