Grandes mistérios habitam

O limiar do meu ser,
O limiar onde hesitam
Grandes pássaros que fitam
Meu transpor tardo de os ver.

São aves cheias de abismo,
Como nos sonhos as há.
Hesito se sondo e cismo,
E à minha alma é cataclismo
O limiar onde está.

Então desperto do sonho
E sou alegre da luz,
Inda que em dia tristonho;
Porque o limiar é medonho
E todo passo é uma cruz.
